The Consolidate Files tool copies files that are stored outside of your Doppler Media Folder into the Doppler Media Folder.
In Doppler Settings there is an option called “Copy Imported Files into the Doppler Media Folder”. If this option is turned off and you add files to your library, Doppler will reference them from their existing location instead of copying them into the Media Folder.
For people who have this setting turned off, their music files might be stored in lots of different places across their computer. This tool helps collect those files into one place.
