An introduction to Album Collections

Album Collections are a new feature in Doppler 3.

Album Collections can be used for organising your library or grouping together related albums into lists. They are similar to playlists, but for albums instead of songs.

Built-in Collections

Doppler also includes 4 preset collections for browsing your library:

• Recently Added
• Compilations
• Released This Year
• Released Last Year

How to Create a New Collection

Doppler for iPhone

1. Open the library screen and select “Collections” at the top of the screen (if you don’t see this option, select “Edit” in the top right, and switch on the “Collections” option)
2. Tap the Add (+) button in the top right of the screen
3. Type a name for your new Collection and tap “Create”
4. Tap the “Add Albums” button and select the albums you want to add to your Collection
5. Tap “Done” to return to your new Collection

To make edits to your Collection, you can tap the options button in the top right of the screen.

Albums can be added to your Collection throughout Doppler by tapping and holding on an album and then selecting “Add to Collection”.
